LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A tract being part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 6 North, Range 17 West of the 6th P.M., Phelps County, Nebraska

ABOUT THE PROPERTY: 110.87 Acres, more or less, according to the Phelps County Assessor’s records. Includes a Zimmatic 7 tower pivot system (new approx. 10 years ago) and an 8” well powered by 50 HP electric motor. The southeast corner is gravity irrigated and has underground pipe from the well
